Privacy policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This policy explains what information Nightcap Reviews ("we", "us") handles when you visit nightcapreviews.com. The short version: we don't run accounts, we don't set tracking cookies and we don't sell data.

Information we don't collect

There are no user accounts, comment forms or newsletters on this site. We don't ask for your name, and we don't set advertising or tracking cookies.

Your age confirmation

When you confirm you're 18 or older, your browser stores a small flag in its local storage so you aren't asked on every page. It stays on your device, isn't a cookie and isn't sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Hosting and security logs

The site is served through a content delivery network. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. We don't use this data to identify individual visitors.

Analytics

We don't currently run analytics. If we add them, we'll use a cookieless, privacy-focused service and update this page first.

Affiliate links and third-party sites

When you click an affiliate link, you leave our site. The destination site and its affiliate network may use cookies or similar technology to record that you came from us, so we can be credited for a signup or purchase. Their privacy policies apply once you're there, so please read them before signing up.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply, and delete correspondence we no longer need.

Children

This site is for adults only. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal data we hold about you. As we hold almost none, the main thing we can delete is email correspondence. Contact us via the contact page.

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above.
